 well a hot bath will ease the ache your body feels... the steam will help your nose run free...
so to those men that wish to ease your suffering with their tongues

 I am so sorry your sick hun and I hope you feel better soon, I have lost my voice as I have been ill over a month. These bugs out there this year sucks..
