 If it still continues, push for a report. Not trying to knock the deputy but they probably just didnt want to out in the work. It really shouldn't be that much of an issue to just take the report, then that way if you ever have to go to court there is a paper trail. Hope that helps

 I can’t say what I would do. I may consult with a lawyer and sue her for slander if the law applies. Stay quiet to her, don’t engage and just let her take all that rope to hang herself with. Just a thought.

We discussed calling a lawyer, but we really don't want to put any money into this unless we really have to. I see her mother once in a while, and she said, "Do NOT fuel the fire. She's crazy!". So, we don't reply to anything she sends. Thanks!
