 Never done retaliation, but never been an issue due to infrequency of sex, but any masturbation in front of a partner would be mutual masturbation

NO, of course no two people are always in sync – and sometimes when that has occurred I've asked my partner to watch me masturbate. I thought the 1st paragraph merely stated that 20% of guys masturbate more than 4 time sand females only 5%.

The 20 percent in the study reflects male college students. It was unfortunately the only study I could find which may not be indicative of a 30 or 40 year-old guy. Hence, I can see why there may be confusion.

In any event, I was interested in whether the rebuffed person had an agenda and whether they were able to achieve a successful outcome (intercourse). Guess I'm a bit weird.  Yup, I've masturbated in "retaliation" ... quite often. Not to entice anyone to fuck me. Most situations are when the guy got himself off and left me without an orgasm, and basically showed no concern whatsoever in whether I finished or not.  I agree with some of the previous posts that I wouldn't consider it retaliation. It's more of a sexy way to get your partner to loosen up a little and help them get in the mood, and maybe change their mind.
