PA is the worst place to have a car

Ok I have had 2 accidents in this state and a speeding ticket

Living in this area has made it worst. I mean I am not joking. I get a ticket once a year. I can't win for loosing here.

Gosh I am so sick of PA and their rules

 You are right on Dear, And now they raised the price of gas to drive on these treacherous roads. If you think it is bad there try Pittsburgh.
