I guess that the question is what is the intent of the second amendment, to make it clear that every citizen of these United States has a right to self defense and so has the right the access to the tools to credibly do so, or whether the framers intended that a sufficiently popular armed uprising of the citizenry could topple an unjust government, whether local or national, or at least threaten to enough to keeps the feds from running amok. Something that might have possible in the 18th century not so much so in the 21st. Now if gun control is hitting what you aim at, and I am all for that, and you need to hit more than 9 targets to defend yourself, you need to both reconsider your tactics and people skills. Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

it is manipulation of language by the spirit of evil by evil people who use fear to take control and suppress people in the name of illusory safety .sensing feelers , a personality type common to overly emotional weak ,anxiety prone people and by large majority female get anxiety and fear from objects they see.The objects have power to overwhelm their rational mind . thus a flag makes them act insane ,and the sight of a complex gun makes them feel they are being killed in a mass murder ,.If they never see these things then no harm can occur and security is assured . It is irrational and DANGEROUS to let these people make any decisions for a society .They are not rational ,ever . The first thing hitler did in germany in the 30's was take all the guns from the people for safety and security. Same for lenin , mao, castro, and all other socialist dictators .Thats standard for all socialists . They are coming for America next . simple

The thing with the bill of rights is, all these rights exist naturally, predating the constitution. The bill of rights grants nothing, it merely recognizes these rights and promises to respect them. It's like the government's side of a contract with us. The right of the people (us as individuals) to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Any infringement is not only unconstitutional, a violation of the terms of the contract, but a violation of a fundamental right. The contract becomes null and void.
