Him And Him And Him And Him Too A Poem

I should say it is fortunate
How I have so many subjects
For my writing whims.
Granted most are long gone
They are figments
That I recall
Not just of my imagination.
Although perhaps I am
Not seeing the reality
Of some situations
And see only my perspective.

Him and him and him
Make that him too.
I have a pile
I can mentally go through.
I am not Taylor Swift
Who adds music to verse
I just wax poetic
Some for the bad
And some for the good.

In my capacity to dish
And divulge
Should I withhold
My intentions
And keep a low profile?

Him and him and him
Should they know
They could be a subject
They may not like
Their role.
Even though
I would not say their name
But use a made up one.

 What guy wouldn't like to have a poem written about him. It must be a great boost to the ego to know you have inspired someone so much that they want to write about you. Even if it is not all complimentary!!
