So I Am Not Perfect A Poem

So I am not perfect.
But I can be perfect
In some things.
I can be perfect
In my affection.
Show him that
I care about him
And his pleasure.

Like I can be
Perfectly receptive
And amenable
When it comes
To lovemaking.
Perfectly in tune
And in rhythm
Matching his.

Like I can be perfect
In having no expectations.
Okay that one
Is a stretch.
I think it would be
More honest to say
That I can be perfect
In my being present
And in the moment.
Letting the day and night
Take their course
Hoping that all goes well
And he wants an encore.
