Great read my friend as naps for some are so important I rarely ever take a nap unless I am not feeling well. If I were to nap I would get a horrific headache as that's what happens to me when I nap. I am so glad to hear you didn't miss your VIP call..I hope your day continues to be a good one.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

Power nap are so rewarding.. as long as it's not interupted. Even if the tv on turn to something your not interested in it will let you sleep . Pray they dogs don't bark at every loud truck heading up the the mountains. Sweet dreams of someone you want to be next to like you Joy. Yes I do enjoy a good long nap

I absolutely adore napping. I do it on the weekends, and daily during my summer break. I rarely do it on my travels though because I want to get the most out of the location I'm visiting. Thoughts from the Garden...

Hi Joy. taking me further with the art of sleeping... hmm... I'm in... I love a good afternoon nap, especially around this time of year. Nothing like a soft pillow and a pleasant breeze after some hot 3 p.m. sex. You can still get in two hours of snoozing and catch the sunset. Of course now you're probably going to be up until 1 a.m., right?
