 Puts a "hole" new meaning to being a bottom or top.......lol!
I lived in the back woods of Kentucky until 1957, did not have indoor plumbing until we moved to Lake City Fl.
When the hole underneath got full we dug another one and drug it over the new one, wonder what they did???

 Have used a 2-holer before, back on the homestead, but not a 2-storey.

A friend of mine was fond of saying "everyone is entitled to a free shit" but I reminded him that there's no such thing as a free anything, so we changed the saying to "everyone's entitled to a cheap shit".
