Death by Yoga So.... Yah. The stretching yoga thing?? I want to die. My legs are SO sore. Ugh... I decided to take a walk after work today, hoping like hell I might be able to loosen up my sore leg muscles. Didn't help.... But I did pick the most beautifully fragrant bouquet of lilacs, making it all worth it. If there was one scent in the world I would want to smell forever, it would be the smell of blooming lilacs. Sigh.... On a somewhat related side note: The governor lifted the stay at home order, but she is still not allowing gyms and salons to open. Good God Woman! I need my bangs cut and a regular gym routine again. While I don't trust myself enough to cut my own bangs, at least I have a walking path right near my apartment. I'll be the Chewbacca on the walking path...  |

Thats ok if you want a haircut and cut the bangs....but continue to leave down below natural😉

I told ye McLade, thon yoga's a killer!  And I'm curious about McNoseHairs.......are his nasal hairs down around his ankles by now, or does he go for watery-eyed self-plucking??

Hi secret_lade your title reminded me of the Batman movie where the bad guys give the accused the choice of "Death" or "Exile", that is so funny anyway, I know you are trying to get back into your routine today, in God's country my recreation facility opened up, with many "social distancing" changes, but, they are opened It has been over 2 1/2 months since I hit the elliptical machine it felt good it will get better be safe hmm If I liked chick flicks (which I don't), "Eat, Pray, Love" would be in my top 10 of all time I was introduced to this gem watching that movie Eddie Vedder - "Better Days" I feel part of the universe open up to meet me My emotion so submerged, broken down to kneel in Once listening, the voices they came Had to somehow greet myself, read myself Heard vibrations within my cells, in my cells Singing, "Ah-la-ah-ah, ah-la-ah-ah" My love is safe for the universe See me now, I'm bursting On one planet, so many turns Different worlds Singing, "Ah-la-ah-ah, ah-ah-ah-ah, ah" Fill my heart with discipline Put there for the teaching In my head see clouds of stairs Help me as I'm reaching The future's paved with better days

"... lilacs..." Huh? Unfortunately they remind me of my parent's bathroom. I guess it was a cheap spray, but it seems to have affected my psyche. Oh well...
