If a job candidate came is and started pole dancing, I am not sure I would hire that person. I probably would not interrupt to ask additional questions, but not sure I would hire that person.

The fact that there is a pole in the interview room might lead one to think it is a requirement
Anyone with the talent dance a Bolero would be a welcome addition. Just think of how it would spruce up the office parties.
But

I guess it would depend on what kind of job they were interviewing for wouldn't it?
