yes it is a day late, but necessary since Da Bears played on Monday Night Football. I should have been posting one like this last week, but a gutsy<b> performance </font></b>by an arch-nemesis and a Defense that wore down robbed me of the pleasure.

The good news is that the Defense looked outstanding for a second straight week. The addition of Khalil Mack, had made an already good defense outstanding. I am talking potential legendary status. Something close to the vaulted '85 D of Buddy Ryan. Even if they just take their 10th ranked defense from last year and hit top 5 I will be beyond giddy. Defenses win championships, and it looks as if the Monsters of the Midway are back!!!



The best part is the D is gelling quite well, and Fangio looks like a in the candy store the way he is deploying them. The offense is starting to get more comfortable and clicking. Trubisky is learning is receivers (all new starters) and the new head coach Matt Nagys offense. By week six if this continues this team will be a force to recon with on all stages of the game. Bears football means defense and this team has it. If the offense can not turn the ball over, and score 14-21 a game it will be a big year!!!





Now to just get all my fantasy teams in order

 You know my friend that was an outstanding game watched the whole thing and the MACK ATTACK was in full strike mode last night. My hubby was so irritated that Chucky let him go from his team. But we sure enjoyed the game last night and GO BEARS!!!!

Oh I am sure he is, especially since Mack alone has better stats than the whole Raider team It was enjoyable, Hope your niners do well as well.

I agree, and since Mack and Smith missed training camp they are still getting into game shape. Plus Floyd with his club, it could be an epic Defense
