I see... well...you asked me who set the league...I think it's who says that...see, most of the time, I would approach attractive men fine...but if he is really, really, super attractive...I might just give up...ya know...cus I think "he is out of the league"...thinking there is no way I can touch dat...lol... I think the same thing happen to men, too??? which is funny, when I get told that, I feel like, they are just joking me...because I never consider myself, I am all that...ya know??? I am confident enough to flirt and I know what to do, if my mind is set on him...ya know...I know how to fish men...so to speak...but never thought of myself, all that...lol...

I think it's more of a confidence issue... It's an excuse for someone not to try and meet and get to know someone as "they are out of my league". On the other hand, that someone thinks that, then it reflects on the other person too as you're making a judgment on who they might find appealing...

Ahhh that league. I was going to lead with a Justice League wisecrack but I lost my train of thought too easily. I get what you mean, Bev. There are countless times where I wouldn't approach someone for the simple reason that my silly pea brain already decided "Oh I am so out of her league". Being shy is one of my crippling handicaps in non-online discourses. And I also sabotage myself with the usual lack of self-worth. If someone on here or "out there" makes the first move towards me, I will naturally respond. But for me to make a move? Nope. Total stage fright for moi. Crap, I think I got too honest lol.
