Is it worth it??

Is it worth it?? I haven't been here for a few months and of course my gold membership ran out while I was away. I'm just wondering what everyone thinks of renewing my gold. I'm not sure of it's worth the money or not but being standard just sucks and not in a fun way. What do you think? |

I will not be here without gold. Too confining. In this platform you need to see and know as much as possible about a potential meet. In my opinion.

I have been on and off with the Gold Plan...it is good and bad, I guess it depends on what you want out of this site...I just wish the chat features were better...for the money they make off this site it should be...LOL

Mine has run out too but I do have a lot of points that I can redeem for access. I think if you can afford it and make good use of it.. then get gold,,you really can't do anything without it. The site isn't the same as it used to be, I guess it depends what you are looking for.

It may be very advantageous for you to purchase the Gold subscription. Then again it all depends on what you want to receive from this site. HappyOne (John)

I've always been a gold member. Judging from what I've seen in the blogs, being gold has always just about been a requirement for men. And it seems in the last year or so the site has really tightened up and now being gold is just about a requirement for the ladies as well. It's a horrible one, as truthfully, the site has gone downhill rapidly over the past few years, and everyone gold and standars, is treated like shit, rather than a valued member/customer. They mess with IM and cams against everyone's wishes, they screw standards over IM msgs, watching cams, and evening PM msgs by charging you outrageous points If you have a lot of points you may get by, if not, it's either paying for a diminishing quality site or try elsewhere, though I;m not sure other sites are any better All that is free is blogs, but for how much longer, nobody would dare guess

As someone who previously was a paid member and has continued on as a "free" member. Being a free member comes with absolutely no perks. Communication with paid members is almost impossible. Can be done but process is awkward at best. People can comment on status, photos and blog. IM seem to be working a little better than it did., but with odd system updates it is often not clear if people are actually on IM or not. Between the bots, fake profiles and hacking of site not a lot of new real people show up on here.
