 When I worked in Security ; some companies used what were called DAR's !! Daily Action Report or Daily Activity Report !! Some required that an entry of some sort be made every half hour or hourly !!! Some of us called them , PITBR , Pain in the Butt Reports !!

We not only have to rite down what we've done, but what tools we used, supplies etc. I have fun with it trying to come up with different names for the same tool every time. See if any one notices, so far no one has.

Try using , " Tooth Pullers " instead of Pliers ; See if they can figure that one out or " Open - End Metric Knuckle Buster " for Crescent Wrench
