Love that Meme as it's so very true, this pandemic has got many of us gaining weight that we don't really want or need. I am taking my lipozene again as it's a great appetite suppressor and you can eat what ever you want and still loose weight. I hope you have a terrific Tuesday.. One day at a time I've lost 30 lbs in two years just by debit change. Started at 245 this morning I hit 215 ten more to go and I'm 6'1 3/4" Not easy with all the temptation out they Mind over matter. More longer walks And Sexersize help Other wise look look beautiful to me. xoxoxo Thomas

I eat when I am bored . Before I had my knee surgery I had to lose 15_20lbs and I did and kept it off until now. Last week I went for a weigh in at the Dr's and lost three lbs. It is hard to lose it. You can do this. The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.
