No - purely virtual so far.
Yes - have made at least one connection in the real world.

 I made some real connections several years ago when I was more actively looking, including what became a long-term relationship. After a long break (about ten years) I returned to the site last fall. I haven't met anyone in person since my return but I'm being a bit more selective this time around.
