... what exactly?

Just like the 1850s, when the gold runs out the town disappears.

These marketers have this pretty well figured out. FOMO (fear of missing out). It doesn't matter that most profiles are long-dead, you still kinda want to see them!

Alas, Standard means almost complete isolation.

I'm not convinced this blog post will work, but hey ... if so, if there are any non-dead profiles around, stop in and say hey!

I meant local member profiles. They're mostly old and abandoned. The exception might be the gay males, they're still around and just as aggressive as women report about the straight males.

The new trend appears to be the ubiquitous mid-30s scammer profile looking for love in all the wrong places. Stolen photos and poor grammar.

 I'm still kicking and in good health, I mainly read the Exotic Stories section, primarily , the title is " TAKE ME " it's a great read, Starts on approx. page 73 of the Exotic Stories page. Take Me is up to 223 Chapters / Parts. Must read from the beginning for the Parts to make sense. The author is " Dadagin "

As far as the gal's on here, shissssss. I have better luck at the Grocery store, or one of the cafe's I frequent. 3 + yrs on site, 1 meet, Good looking lady, but just not there for me. ( quite a few reasons )

And I am a Gold Member.

I should have been more clear. Local female profiles is what I was referring to.

I suspect that most of the dead members find relationships instead of whatever the naughty, original intent was and they just forget to close the accounts. And, some are just scams.

A few years ago the profiles all had "last login" dates. I'm guessing they got rid of that because of the number of inactive accounts.

There are a few genuine people around. I've made a handful of friends over the years.

I wish you luck in the future, and I will check out the stories.

The site, for me, is just an outlet for posting goofy pics and keeping in touch with a few friends.

That is pretty much what it's all about. My comment though is that there isn't too much you can actually do with a standard account. It's sort of pointless. I wonder why they don't bring back the tiers (silver and bronze) and then restrict certain things accordingly. The way it is now is all or nothing, and the "all" isn't all that.

This blog still works (kind of). So I guess that's something!
