Lockdown hangover or not? Ive not really got back to living the way i used to pre lockdown. Feels like work and bed lately. Im sure i used to have more energy. I need to get back exercising and get in shape and to start socialising more often again. I feel like im in a lazy rut of some form...so ive decided to get my ass back in gearðÂÂÂhows everyone else coping? Ive not posted this being all depressive...its motivation for me |

Its no fun is it. Seems i got less time in a day lately. I need to get exercising regular again to get my energy levels back up. My body feels lazy at the moment😁😁😁thats not really like me and i dont like it. So im gonna get back on it😊

Lockdown hasn't had much of an effect on me - I'm retired, but lockdown is going to affect people. Don't feel bad. We've got to come to terms with our pre-covid, covid and hopefully post-covid lives. This has been a big thing!
