so week three (3)
so week three (3) has not been a good week! im a few days late on adding this but im still here. didnt loose any weight i actually gained weight... week total at the end of the week was 245.8 so im up 3 lbs. my workouts consist of using an exercise bike that i tried to do the same about 3 years ago and only lasted 3 weeks and it sat ever since i started doing this. about a month and a half ago. i did order a new bike about 2 weeks ago and it finally arrived on friday and its probably one of my coolest purchases yet. its a renpho smart bike and it competes against the more more expensive peloton bike and saves about 2k in doing so. ive just started training on it and it is by far the most<b> realistic </font></b>experience ive ever had without leaving my bedroom. so with that lets hope i can start shedding the weight again and actually be down on weight for the week 4 update. if anyone is on zwift or kinomap ill gladly add you on there and maybe instead of being a hornball we can be competing making ourselves better ( i dont have any high hopes on it but figured id throw out the invitation.) |
