A peeve

I don't know, maybe its just me ...

but the last thing I want to hear from a woman i'm with is "you know, i've always really wanted two guys at once for DP".
Its not that I am against it, I mean, different strokes for different folks, and so on and so on and shooby-dooby-dooby. Everyone has their own kinks and or sexual desires/fantasies and that's great.
But that is not what I hear. What I hear is that no matter what, no matter how good I am or not, no matter how good a person I am or not, no matter what, she would never truly be satisfied being with just me.
That's not only a red flag, its a red banner with its own float at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
This is A F F, after all, but as a member here off and on since 2001 I know this is not necessarily the place to be if you're not a swinger or swinger-type and again that's great, more power to you. It's not for me though.

Yeah, its probably just me.

 I'm by no means a swinger. I generally come on to read the blogs and chat. If someone said they wanted a 3 some with me and another woman, I wouldn't take offence.. after all it's most men's fantasy... But if I wasn't interested.. I would just say so... Maybe she just said it to "show off" to pretend she was up for anything.. who knows.. but I wouldn't take it personally

Thank you for your thoughtful comments. I realize that this kind of thing is many peoples' fantasies and that's fine, we all have fantasies and that is part of the human condition. I think a bit of my issue is the context from which that sentiment is expressed and how that expression affects a relationship with someone. Again, I have no problem with someone wanting that, if that is what will make them happy then more power to them, its just not for me. I guess I am just wired differently. I did take it personally though and while it didn't affect my friendship, it did affect how I interacted with the woman after hearing that, knowing she really wanted it and knowing I could not be a part of giving it to her. SIgh.
