ok starting over

i managed to string 18 days in a row for work outs, then my body said "NO. Time for a break" lol. so I did nothin on Thursday and went for a walk on Friday and today back it. Big weigh-in day is May 6th i think. I think ive lost some weight on my lower half but I always find it hard to tell.

Also a friend willing to take some pics for me has come back into town. Should i get some done asap or wait till i get weighed?

been working out again and got a nice streak of 5 days in a row going. how about some sexy pics to keep me motivated and pushing to loose some of this weight and increase ever important stamina

still working out, just haven't been posting. get weighed in a couple days. hope i at least didn't go up. added a new body pic to my profile as a reference point. will try to take one after every weigh-in to see if there are any noticeable differences. if any sees any or would just like to offer support, it's very appreciated. thx

been goin for walks the last few days. finding it hard to get back on the machine after beenin sick for a cpl weeks and with my mom in the hospital. hard to get back into the right head-space to get back at it. hope it clicks soon as im not sure how to re-focus

so last month i put on 4 pds this month i lost 7!! wow. didnt know what to expect as the last 2 weeks havent been so good. guess i gotta try and keep it rolling and go sub 220 by the end of summer. wish me luck!
