Well.. I tried to write a post several times.. but each time they disappeared some place between ADD and actual posting of the stuff I wrote...
Pffttt.. I don't have time to spend half an hour writing something and then it disappears... I mean totally gone... Hmm...
So...what do you think of what's going on in Syria...
and Trump's chosen people are leaving one by one...
IN other news..
I'm making plans to get my piano moved to the city.. I miss it ...
It might not be beautiful any more.. but it's mine...
And it seems to keep it's tuning for an unbelievable long time..
So, I am hiring some "specialists".. to move the piano and bring it here..
I guess we'll see what happens next..The guy will be here tomorrow.. I guess to make sure that the move is possible..It's only a move from the truck, in the front door.. up a few steps and boom.. it's in my living room..
I gave up my idea of having it my basement..
The renovation at the farm is starting to move forward...I hope it all goes well and doesn't cost too much.
and in yet OTHER news..lol..
I have the most vivid, sexy dreams..
Do you all have dreams that are so clear.. so sexy.. that you remember it for the rest of the day.. Never mind just the day.. how about remembering it every day...all the time, in my mind..lol

I used to generally get a pretty good sleep at night..
I think chasing all day.. plus housework.. plus cooking for a big bunch..
plus exercise...(yes, I always did my exercise at 8:30 am in the morning..)
all that stuff together made it pretty easy to go to sleep right the moment my head hit the pillow..
Lately I've been slacking off... I have to confess..I have been sitting too much..
My loves to go outside for walks..
Maybe now that the snow is gone, I'll be more ambitious.
It's amazingly quiet on my street tonight.. .No noisy trucks.. No bus noises...
Zilch.. nada.. You could throw a bowling ball down this street and not hit anyone.
So.. I'll cut this short.. wish you all a good night..

A crappy weekend...

Weather changes are normal at spring time.. but they give me migraines.
Usually when the air pressure is going down, is when my joints become loose and wobbly, and my head starts to hurt.
I enjoy when the air pressure goes up. My joints feel strong and healthy. My mind is clear and I feel energetic... Wierd, eh...
So this past weekend...I did the job I hate the most..I tried to pick up the poop in the back yard.. Honestly.. what is my eating???...There was so much back there that it took three tries to get it all... Three bags half full.. I could hardly stand picking it up. Yesterday, it only took half an hour... and I also picked up garbage that accumulates in corners of the yard.. The darn wind blows stuff into my yard and all over the front yard...I'm not going to name names..( Timmy Horton's), but I can tell where all this stuff is coming from! Plus the school drop stuff on the ground.. Some of this stuff is from a long way's away.. We have had strong winds lately.
So anyways.. back to picking up poop...I know I could walk my and then she would do her business elsewhere.. I would then be picking it up off the street each time..Now that it's spring and we can see the sidewalks again, I will probably go back to doing that. It's so gross though..
So, what is worse??? Defiling the city streets.. or just letting my use my yard??? Spring rains will help to clean things up. Last night, our spring rains turned to snow...I wonder if the streets are skating rinks today. I can hear someone shovelling the sidewalk.
so, when you have grand ... do you suddenly never let your do it's thing in the back yard any more?..

Well, it's SUNNY now...lol
OH boy.. oh boy.. oh boy.. I am thrilled to have my microwave installed and working... The boys got done this morning...There's always the cleaning of the appliance that must be done first before using.. I even had to clean all the new cupboards they put in, back when they did that..
1st world problems..
I just sat.. looking at the reno.. taking it in.. enjoying the beauty..lol
Cant wait to get in there and just mess it all up by cooking a big meal..
The farm on the other hand.. the reno has not really been progressing.. The contractor keeps saying he's not ready to get started..
pffttt..
I could hang cabinets by myself... Not quite..lol.. but i watched the guy do it here..
Same thing.. right?.. lol
Tax time again..
Spring seeding time again..
Kittens running around all over the farm..One big lazy brown dog...
One ...a few other animals..
Farm work never really stops, even though there are no bovines running around the place.. wrecking fences..putting dents in things...
No, I don't miss them..
Maybe my truck will get cleaned.. so much to do..
The reno took my mind off things.. It only took 2 months of planning..
.( I never said I was good at this..lol )
and then one month to wait and wait.. and wait.. and then February and most of March to get the reno done...
So.. on with "normal life"

It's tough on those of us who get migraines.
Today I had a solid nap for at least an hour.. One of those naps that happen the instant your head touches the pillow.. Out like a light.. waking up an hour later..
Quite amazing really..
If only I could sleep all night..lol

Geez.. It's not like on tv where this crew does this.. and that crew does that.. and another crew does the clean up.. and another crew does the putting stuff where it goes.. nope..
There were crews to do the various reno stuff.. but only me to clean up each and every time they were done.. Sigh.. but wait..
I have a wonderful new kitchen now!!!

I keep expecting it to not be there when I wake up each morning..
It's a wonderful thing to see ...
People have been telling me it's a good looking kitchen.. I still expect to see cupboards without counter tops.. and messes everywhere...
I'll get used to the new kitchen eventually...
I actually have some stuff in my cupboards again.. There's more room now than before so I have a few empty shelves yet.
My precious is back from college and so is her stuff...
She has been home a few days.. but her stuff is still everywhere..
I guess it's true...
There's no REST for the WICKED!!..

I made it through today... and I even did some cooking for lunch again.
You have to understand that when your kitchen is torn up, there isn't much cooking going on in there.. So it's been fun to get back to making food and enjoying home made food again..
I did some coloring today.. a country scene set in eastern Canada.. I love the colors from that part of the country.
This morning I had the most real feeling erotic dream that I've had in a long time.
It was such a great dream.. I felt the effects all day today..
Self love night tonight.. woohoo!!

wow I'm tired..
I can't believe that it's only Saturday.. Things are happening in slow motion.
I am enjoying coloring with gel pens.. the only problem is that the ink doesn't dry very fast and so I usually smear things a bit here and there..
I love all the variety of colors, and pearl shades, sparkle colors.. and transparent colors... I love the little bit of art fun that is bringing some joy back to me..
I still don't have my boxes unpacked and stuff put away.. but I did actually cook in my kitchen today.. I don't have the microwave yet.. or the dishwasher.. or one of my cupboard doors.. or finishing touches.. but I have to say..it's looking pretty good..But I'm keeping the hand lotion companies in business...
In other news.. I think there is some kind of plan afoot to keep me from being alone.. Someone always shows up here for a few days.. One after another of my family... Guess they worry about me.. but I'm fine.. really... I like that they get groceries for me.. ..lol
I don't get whole days off.. ever.. but I do take a few hours off here and there...
Never mind whole weekends..nope..
Once all the renovations are done.. Im so outta here...lol

Once again.. Friday night is here...
and I'm at home doing dishes...lol
wow, eh..
The snow was still falling last I looked..
I shoveled the front sidewalk and the back sidewalk .. and also the deck..
Since then, I tried to warm up food in the oven since I don't have a microwave oven installed yet.. going back to the old ways of warming up food and doing dishes by hand until I get a dishwasher installed..
Omg.. It's like living in the dark ages... Not quite....lol
Pizza is very good warmed up in the oven... pasta.. not so much..
IF I could sleep at night...I'd feel so much better...
I need a tall, dark, handsome guy to help me get some sleep...

lol.. no.. I'm serious...lol
It's only 7:35pm here..and it feels like midnight...

Holy cow.. it only took from November until today, to get a window sill piece of counter top installed... I think no one wanted to do it.. and so they hired some innocent , unsuspecting young guy to do it...
It was quite the deal to get the old countertop off.. but then the new countertop piece for that area had to be grinded down a few times before it would fit.
My place is starting to recouperate from the general upheaval of renovation. I still have boxes to unload.. I feel a bit of relief that this whole mess is coming to an end..
I may have to have a party to celebrate..lol
Tonight I had greek chicken for supper, that I made with my own little hands.. I haven't been cooking much because of the general mess.. but it felt good to do a bit of something in the kitchen today.
Still can't sleep at night.. so here I am...reminiscing with you all..

Well Friday, the tile guys were here and set the tiles.They didnt have the right grout so we have to wait until Tuesday.
Will the place be done this week..I guess one can hope.
This weekend I finally have the place to myself..Everyone had somewhere else to be.
Finally getting boxes emptied..I might even miss the chaos of everything being in boxes. I still have the old microwave and dishwasher in my living room. I won't miss them when they are gone.
Large fluffy flakes of snow are gently falling. It makes me feel peaceful and less hassled.
Hope your Sunday is nice.

All the windows are open so that the dust goes outside...Geez..eh..
They don't show that on tv reno shows...lol
I foresee major cleaning and dusting needing to be done soon..
